About winery
Reopened in 1989, after more than 40 years of being a member of the local cooperative winery, the winery introduced modern technologies and sustainable vineyard management, positioning itself as a pioneer of private and organic wine production in the area. The vineyards, covering a total of 3 hectares, are spread across several smaller parcels, which allows for the creation of different wine styles. The altitude of the vineyards ranges from 50 m to 400 m above sea level, and the soil is rich in various minerals, contributing to the unique taste of the wines.
With an annual production of about 12,000 bottles, the winery boasts 8 wine labels, with 80% being the local red variety Plavac mali and 20% white Rukatac. Traditional vineyard practices, natural fermentation, no filtration, and modern equipment allow for the production of wines that are true representations of the soil and climate.
Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, accompanied by traditional dishes, offering an authentic experience of Mediterranean gastronomy and culture.
