Bukvić Winery is a small family-run winery located in the picturesque village of Ponikve on the Pelješac Peninsula. Founded in 2010, it operates under the guidance of winemaker Stjepan Bukvić. The vineyards are situated on the southern side of Pelješac, in the Ponikve area, covering 2 hectares. The winery cultivates the indigenous variety Plavac Mali and the white variety Rukatac. Their market presence is defined by two labels of Plavac Mali, with the standout premium wine Providenca, as well as a white label of Rukatac. With an annual production of 10,000 to 12,000 bottles, Bukvić wines embody the dedication to the tradition of this renowned winemaking region.
