Marlais Winery, located in Ponikve on the Pelješac peninsula, is a family winery with a winemaking tradition spanning seven generations. Their vineyards stretch across 3 hectares and encompass 23,000 vines. Dedicated to cultivating indigenous varieties like Plavac Mali and Dubrovnik Malvasia, as well as white varieties such as Rukatac and Pošip, they produce exceptional wines. The winery offers six labels—four red and two white—and has an annual production of 15,000 to 20,000 bottles, along with an additional 10,000 liters of bulk wine.

Ante Marlais
The Marlais family traces its roots back to France, settling on the Pelješac Peninsula in the early 17th century. Ante Marlais, the owner of the winery, began his professional winemaking journey in 2010. The winery was built between 2013 and 2015, and alongside their passion for winemaking, the family also produces premium olive oil, completing their story of tradition and quality.
