About winery
This family winery is located in the small village of Vrbanj, with vineyards nestled at the foothills of the city on the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain.
For generations, the Pavičić family has been involved in viticulture, but until recently, they exclusively produced wine for private use, which is a very common practice on the island of Hvar.
The brothers became involved in wine production at a very young age, and in 2019, they decided to launch their first commercial label.
The winemakers produce around 30,000 liters annually, with dominant varieties including Bogdanuša, Pošip, Parč, and Plavac Mali.
The winery organizes wine tastings paired with local delicacies.
