Rooted in tradition, Vinarija Režek has been passionately involved in viticulture and winemaking for generations. This family-owned estate began revitalizing age-old vineyards in the early 1990s, focusing on market production. Currently, the family tends to 5 hectares of vineyards, growing mainly Silvanac zeleni and Portugizac, their family favorites, alongside Rizvanac, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc, Plešivica’s first premium wine. The grapes are processed in a well-equipped cellar close to the vineyards. The cellar also houses a wine tasting room that accommodates up to 50 guests, offering expert-led tastings that turn every visit into a memorable experience.
