About winery
Although the roots of the Arman Winery date back to the late 19th century, a significant transformation occurred in the 1990s when Marijan Arman took over the leadership from his father, Ernest. Sadly, Marijan passed away in 2022, but his legacy is proudly continued by his daughters, Nina and Ines, who lead the winery to new successes. Located in the picturesque Istrian village of Vižinada, the Arman Winery spans 10 hectares of vineyards. While focusing on indigenous varieties such as Istrian Malvasia and Teran, the winery also successfully cultivates international varieties like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Their diverse range includes 15 labels, and depending on the harvest, they produce around 50,000 bottles annually. Visitors can savor their exquisite wines in the charming ambiance of their wine shop and tasting room, both nestled within the winery’s estate.
